Chelsea and Alex had a beautiful boho and country inspired backyard wedding on a private property in Powell River.

They met in Powell River at a Mexican restaurant called Costa Del Sol. Since then, they have vacationed and at one point lived there together. They wanted to bring their closest friends and family to their home away from home to celebrate their big day. Powell River will always hold a very special place in their hearts, and the significance of being married in the place they met, and love so much just made sense!

Their ceremony was oceanside, on a private beach. They had a live musician play all their ceremony music, which was beautiful. After the ceremony, we headed over to the private property for the reception, where people danced the night away until 5:00am! From beer pong, to shots, to dance offs, to karaoke… this was a group that knew how to have a good time!

Chels and Alex’s wedding was a beautiful representation of who they are as a couple – wild, bold, and unique.
