Hello, and welcome. I'm so glad our paths have crossed.
I'm a WPIC-certified wedding and event planner based in Kelowna, BC, but I'll happily travel wherever you're celebrating!
What I love most about this work isn't the flowers, the timelines, or the perfectly styled tables. It's getting to know the people I'm planning them with.
It's a privilege to be invited into such an important chapter of your life. I get to hear how you met, learn who you are as individuals and as a couple, discover what matters most to you, and understand what you want your guests to remember long after the day is over.
By the time your wedding arrives, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who knows your vision inside and out. I'll handle the logistics, the last-minute questions, and the inevitable surprises, so you can be fully present for every moment you've been looking forward to.
Because at the end of the day, I don't want you managing your wedding, I want you experiencing it. The hugs, the happy tears, the stories shared around the dinner table, and the dance floor that somehow stays full until the lights come on. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients aren’t feeling stressed as their big day approaches. She is extremely organized and makes herself available to answer any questions that you might have throughout the planning process. To top it all off she is also the sweetest and most fun hype woman to have by your side as a bride, while also being on top of everything and making sure that it all goes smooth. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough to describe how amazing Kasha is at what she does.
She’s there for you the entire time, with her your day will go seamlessly for you. Kasha made sure everything was absolutely perfect and even better than I ever could have imagined and she was so much fun to work with. She had every detail down including making sure someone brought drinks for us to our post-ceremony photos (big move, appreciate you!). She surprised us with a video the very next morning with special moments we were dying to see that made us cry. If you go with anyone but Kasha you will be disappointed, I wish I could hire her to coordinate my entire life 😂

I was originally planning on doing all the coordinating myself and then decided to work with Kasha instead and it was the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process! Kasha made our day so easy for us so that we were able to be in the moment while she ran around taking care of every little thing and the day went with zero hiccups or issues at all. From our first phone conversation to the month-of check-ins, to the rehearsal, to the day of - she brought such a vibrant energy and her love for this work shows! Kasha is a ray of sunshine!
Kasha was incredibly adaptable and organized which allowed us to enjoy our big day. No matter what unexpected twists came up (she literally broke her hand on the morning of our wedding day and minus the cast on her hand, you would never know), she handled everything seamlessly—adjusting plans on the fly without ever involving us in the stress. Our guests even commented on how smooth and organized the day felt.
In summary, she exceeded our expectations. Everything I asked on the day-of, she was one step ahead of me and turned my vision into a reality.
Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy the day and not think about logistics. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her, highly highly recommend!!!

Kasha is truly the best investment you can make on your wedding day, we cannot recommend her enough! She always provided helpful guidance and recommendations when we had questions throughout the planning process, and on our wedding weekend, she took all of the stress off of our shoulders so that we could enjoy every moment. She took care of everything, from assisting with venue set-up and our rehearsal the day before to handling all of the morning-of tasks and last minute details! We were able to be fully present with each other and with our guests on the day without a worry about our timeline or any day-of details, because Kasha had every little detail covered.
