I primarily serve the Rockies from October through April, when the mountains transform into a winter wonderland. Think snow-dusted peaks, warm fireside receptions, and the magic of saying “I do” against a backdrop of frozen lakes and alpine forests. It’s the perfect seasonal complement to my sun-kissed Okanagan celebrations.

I believe that creating a seamless celebration goes hand-in-hand with keeping everyone safe. That’s why I maintain an Intermediate First Aid with CPR C & AED certification.
This training equips me to respond quickly and effectively in the unlikely event of an emergency, giving my couples, their families, and their guests added peace of mind on such an important day.
Your wedding should be a place of joy and ease, and my commitment to safety is one more way I ensure that every detail, from timelines to unexpected moments, is handled with care.

Kasha was absolutely unreal. She’s there for you the entire time, with her your day will go seamlessly for you. Kasha made sure everything was absolutely perfect and even better than I ever could have imagined and she was so much fun to work with. She had every detail down including making sure someone brought drinks for us to our post-ceremony photos (big move, appreciate you!). She surprised us with a video the very next morning with special moments we were dying to see that made us cry. If you go with anyone but Kasha you will be disappointed, I wish I could hire her to coordinate my entire life 😂

I was originally planning on doing all the coordinating myself and then decided to work with Kasha instead and it was the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process! From our first phone conversation to the month-of check-ins, to the rehearsal, to the day of - she brought such a vibrant energy and her love for this work shows! Kasha is a ray of sunshine!
Kasha was incredibly adaptable and organized which allowed us to enjoy our big day. No matter what unexpected twists came up (she literally broke her hand on the morning of our wedding day and minus the cast on her hand, you would never know), she handled everything seamlessly—adjusting plans on the fly without ever involving us in the stress. Our guests even commented on how smooth and organized the day felt.
In summary, she exceeded our expectations. Everything I asked on the day-of, she was one step ahead of me and turned my vision into a reality.
Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy the day and not think about logistics. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her, highly highly recommend!!!

She always provided helpful guidance and recommendations when we had questions throughout the planning process, and on our wedding weekend, she took all of the stress off of our shoulders so that we could enjoy every moment.
